Felisa Kmiec has called Washington County home for the past ten years. Married to Tyler and the proud mother of four daughters, she found her inspiration to pursue a real estate career while working at Legend Texas Properties. Under the mentorship of Bradley Bevers, she took the leap into real estate in the summer of 2024.
