Meet Bradley

Bradley Bevers, a third-generation Realtor®, is the founder of Legend Texas Properties and the leader of Bevers Real Estate Group, a company his grandparents established in 1981. A Texas native with 16 years of real estate experience, he offers extensive knowledge of the local market. Bradley is distinguished by his hard work, integrity, and unwavering commitment to his clients’ goals. Whether helping buyers find their dream property or assisting sellers with getting top dollar for their property, he provides excellent customer service and creative solutions for one of life’s biggest financial decisions. Bradley recognizes that a property is more than just a place to live and is passionate about matching people with the community that suits their individual needs. After graduating from Texas A&M with a business degree in 2005, Bradley moved to Chappell Hill to start his real estate career. He was a full-time agent for 10 years before earning his broker’s license in 2015. Two years later, he bought the business from his grandparents, Ken and Ann Bevers, and has dedicated himself to carrying on their real estate vision. Bradley is also the author of two books, “Texas Farm and Ranch Guide” and “The Mental Game of Real Estate.” In his free time, Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and their four sons, Max, Tom, Andy, and William. He has served as an elder at Redeemer Church in Brenham for the past 12 years, and has served on the boards for New Beginnings, Transform Ministries, and Jobs Partnership of Washington County. An avid reader, Bradley reads over 125 books a year and also hosts a monthly reading group.
